dD new hair

Kallisti Burns of discord Designs has been busy with new hair and a new colour range, and she’s just released this one for men, and of course I just had to try out the ginger ones.  This is so me.

It’s called Rowan, and as with all dD hair it’s mod/copy so it’s easy to tweak the colours or adjust it to fit with a hat.

A pack of 4 colours is great value at only L$180 and there are 36 colours in all.

Make Him Over Hunt

It took me five days to do this hunt – well, four to do the hunt and one to sort the loot. It was hard going and I couldn’t have done it without the help of some wonderful people, in particular, Cesar and Beebo.

I’ve been accepted as an official Greeter on Help People Island! Hopefully I’ll be able to do the classes soon to become a fully qualified helper.

I was surprised to learn that Help People inc is an organisation that’s promoted “Helping People” in RL for 30 years, LONG before SL was even thought of.

I’ve also started doing the Make Him Over hunt – getting some pretty nifty stuff so far and I’m not even up to store #20 yet.

This is a gratuitous “fashion” post. I use the term loosely, because, heck, this is me, who has the knack of making even the most stylish clothes look, well, much less stylish.

Here’s an outfit from Pixeldolls, much more formal than I normally wear, and a little old-fashioned. I’d feel at home around Caledon dressed like this. The hair is a new one from Discord Designs, a group freebie. Theoretically it’s girls’ hair but I’m not proud. I like long and scruffy.

This, is Ragnar, the most awesome beard I have ever seen.

Shown here in my usual “Flame” colour, and teamed up with the Odin hair which this beard is designed to complement.

Better watch this beard, I think there’s a bird’s nest in it somewhere.
